They actually came an hour earlier than expected, which was great. Two technicians came and were very polite and respectful. They did a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent and also the dryer. They took their time to make sure they did a thorough job.

Toby and his team mate came on time. They were very considerate of my property - not getting the floors dirty etc, They were very courteous and friendly. They went right to work The vent had not been cleaned in 20 years and it had a 90 degree angle. It was a difficult job but they worked until the vent was blowing free. I would definitely recommend them. I feel like the price was more than fair. We have several cats and fur gets in the vent. They advised to clean every two years or so and I definitely will call them again.

We hired all pro duct and air cleaning for a 2nd time. Same as the first job they did, they were on time. The prices can't be beat and they explained all of our options before they did anything and answered any questions we had. We will be using them again for all future jobs and have already recommend them to friends.

My husband placed an ad about needing work done. Many companies told my husband that they would have to rip out all the drywall before seeing the job ( which we were trying to avoid) and that we would be responsible for the mess they made. ( WHAT?!) We hired all pro duct and air cleaning because the guy told my husband that having to rip stuff out would be a last resort and they clean up after themselves. They arrived next day on time ready to work. They gave us the best price we had heard so far and went straight to work as soon as we okayed it. again all same day. Very professional team from the customer service experience to the 2 guys that came out on a Saturday and performed the duct cleaning from my dryer.The duct was 100° clogged and they cleared it in no time. Excellent work ethic.

These folks were hired to obtain and install a new microwave to replace the one that came with the house 15 years ago. The receptionist, Samantha was an absolute dream to work with as far as when workers would arrive and then the installers were charming, wore COVID-19 protective clothing and it was a seamless operation.

All Pro Duct and Air Cleaning followed up and refunded the money paid in full for their dryer vent cleaning service as I was not satisfied that the dryer duct was actually freed of the clog. They were very polite and courteous during their visit and in their follow-up.

The gentlemen that arrived were very polite and considerate of working around my wife and myself while they cleaned the ducts. They were on time, and finished when they told us they would. They wore their face masks the entire time. They showed us pictures of every duct and pointed out where most of the dirt/dust was coming from. I would definitely recommend them.
